Conference fee
The conference fee includes
• the conference bag and all conference materials,
• the welcome dinner on Thursday evening,
• lunches and coffees during Friday and Saturday,
• the reception on Friday evening,
• the conference banquet on Saturday evening, and
• welcome and farewell drinks.

The early registration fee is 420 euro per delegate and applies until June 1st, 2009.
After this date the conference fee is 440 euro.

Network members have a discounted conference fee of 400 euro.

The day rate conference fee is 120 euro per day (100 euro for members).
This fee includes attendance for one day, the conference bag and all materials, and conference lunch and coffees. As day rate delegate you are also welcome to attend the evening dinner to an additional cost for the meal.

Registration for the conference is formally confirmed at payment, which should be made in reasonable connection in time to the registration. Payment will be acknowledged.

There is no cancellation fee before July 1st. After this date the cancellation fee is 10 percent at withdrawal before September 1st. No refund is given at cancellation after this date.
